Great Simple app for sending sms messages through hubspot

What do you like best?

Hubspot's integration is pretty nice. It could do with some extra features like transferring more user data to sms zap in order to personalize messages in smszap. Maybe even define pipelines or workflows directly inside smszap

What do you dislike?

Getting charged for incoming messages. The status for messages dashboard could use a tune up. Many times messages failed for unexplained reasons.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using workflows in hubspot to send sms messages so we can automated processes.
