What do you like best?

Having the marketing set up and sent out automatically, takes a lot of work off my teams shoulders

What do you dislike?

RESULTS, or should I say the lack of results. They promised a high percentage of people from their analytics would list their home (not necessarily with me, but would end up listing in the next 6 months). I started in Sept 2019, 5 months prior to Covid19 hitting. I understand the results for March 2020 and on could be effected. But the first 5 months still resulted next to nothing. Out of 1500 people in the farm area, 300 were targeted as "likely to list" their home for sale. I received 15 leads in 11 months (as of this post). Of the 15, none listed with me (only 1 made contact with me - we called if we had a number, drip emailed if we had an email and they continued to receive Smartzip marketing materials) and only 2 listed with another firm. 2 out of 300! Their analytics are way off!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend looking at other options. Although their system is relatively easy to use and the marketing materials are good quality, their data analytics (the reason I chose them) are well below what was discussed when I signed up.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I imagine we gained some brand recognition although I couldn't prove it. We received one call from someone who received a smartzip postcard. But they weren't interested in selling, just wanted their online value to be revised to the correct figure.
