Very Helpful - Time Saver
What do you like best?
Knowing when an address is not valid for postal delivery. We are alble to block user from entering in invalid addresses into our system database. I like the quickness of the returned validation. I like the ease of the API implentation. Smarty Streets also seems to be updated regularly.
What do you dislike?
Getting a return error when you use a # sign is used or something is not quite right. It would be nice if there were a better error or validation that kicked back. It would be nice to get a hint about what could be wrong epsecailly when there is an instant fail returned.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Smarty Streets has helped us stop sending invoices to invalid addresses. We have multiple users that are able to add addresses to our system database. Until we started using Smarty Streets we will get fake address or invalid addresses. It took so much time an energy to finally ge the corrected address my staff could not keep up. Huge time saver. I would like to be able to get tax rates by roof top if that was ever availiable.
