What do you like best?

I love that I can quickly email my waivers to my clients. I used to do paper waivers (old school, I know) but with COVID I knew I had to make a switch to digital to limit contact. I was a little nervous about how long it would take me to set up, but it was easy peasy. Their customer support will actually set up your waiver for you if you just email it to them in a word doc or PDF form. Honestly, their customer support is super helpful and will get back to you very quickly. Also, the price is very affordable, and for my small business, Smart Waivers works great.

What do you dislike?

I wish their mobile app was a bit better. For a while, I was teaching puppy class, and I wanted those who didn't read the email to be able to sign the waiver on my iPad Kiosk. The app looks super outdated and was challenging to use. It was slow to load. Luckily, I didn't teach that many classes and mainly do virtual/online dog training sessions now.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend if you're trying to make the transition from paper waivers to virtual waivers. I wouldn't use them if you're looking for a mobile kiosk, as their app isn't super easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was looking to limit contact with waivers - plus it was getting to be annoying to have a stack of papers of waivers. You can't throw them out, but they just sit there and become disorganized. I love how smartwaiver makes it super simple and organized to store all your waivers.
