What do you like best?

Smartsheet is simplistic and easy to use for non-formula types.

What do you dislike?

Too simple, has many missing features that would enhance its productivity. Also, the fonts, sizing, coloring and other features are not well intune with online needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There is less of a learning curve for those not into spreadsheets. The fact that is in real-time is helpful, but also hard for new employees to get the hang of working with formulas they made mistakes in. Notifications are a bit hard for them too. But as an above-average spreadsheet person, it is rather easy to use the features and much easier to correct formula issues than excel.
