What do you like best?

We have many different types of projects we manage. Having the ability to automatically build out the tasks and those assigned to them make it easier to keep everyone on-task (and on time). The notifications and alerts also help us realize when tasks are overdue. We also find it helps remind of us the entire team's workload and past projects.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes Podio adds characters when sharing links from Microsoft Teams it makes it difficult to click on the link directly. I have to open Podio versus using the link from the email generated from Podio.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have used many different systems and this is not only simple, it is solving our challenges - especially in a fully remote environment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Team and project management. Deadlines and task management are so much easier to maintain in Podi. Especially this year with us remote, having a central area to manage our growing team's project has been a lifesaver. It has also been helpful with departures since everything still lives in Podio and not in email.
