SmartSearch needs more improvement.
What do you like best?
It's a user friendly. Easy to navigate, learn and use. You can learn through the training videos. You can make/keep a folder for your pipelines, favorites, jobs, and many more. You can save time in clicking.
What do you dislike?
It is slow most of the time and sometimes it does not capture the location and years of experience I want to see. Example you were only searching for 50miles but it appears candidates who lives within 70-75miles. Another thing is when you were only searching for profiles that is only more than a year, you might possibly open profiles that is not fit to the years of experience that you were searching for. It short it is not sometimes accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I heard SmartSearch is cheaper compare to the previous ATS that we had use before which Bullhorn. SmartSearch is easy to navigate, learn and use but if your organization have a enough budget I highly suggest to use other Applicant Tracking System that is faster and does capture most the locations. You will have more success in profiling, submitting, interviews and hires for your organization. You will have more possibility to get fit candidates for the roles that your client is looking for.

It is a user friendly despite that sometimes it gets slower and response error. Customer support can be contacted easily according to our business analyst.
