Organize your project in incidents

What do you like best?

Simple tool to use, at the moment of starting it is already very easy to understand for the user, tickets and projects are added very quickly, you can add work members also very quickly, efficient ticket assignment, user interface very well managed. View of very good reports, generate statistics in graphics. integration with slack and use of the application in mobile devices

What do you dislike?

the only thing I do not like is that it reminds me a bit of trello, at the graphic interface level.

very useful tool to organize your project, address defects very quickly and know when the tickets have been completed
