Excellent for managing multiple tasks across different projects or companies

What do you like best?

A great way to track to-do's, reminders, and even reoccurring tasks. It's a great way for me to extract anything in my head and get it down on paper for any of my clients. It's made keeping track of all the ad-hoc comments or thoughts so I can deal with them at the right time.

What do you dislike?

There is a learning curve with the user interactions which can take some adjusting to. There are lots of powerful features and they are always on display when at times I only need a simpler experience or journey. They have a suggestion section which shows progress against user ideas and it's something they are addressing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Leverage the support and engage with the team. There are a lot of great features and different ways to use them, while you can explore and have a play, getting started with the right setup saves you a lot of time and you'll find you get value much faster. The solution isn't for a shared team view, this has actually been a blessing for me, it means I can use it for a wide range of clients and make it very personal.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've stopped dropping tasks and requirement which don't go through "official" channels. Slack comments, in-person conversations, and even emails sent across when I'm not working with that client, I have a place to store them and keep track. I don't always have access to client's environments to update their own tracking systems, this allows me to keep track of the items which fall outside the normal process, which is often a lot! I also found that any shower ideas, or random solutions which creep into my mind while off doing other work I can easily jot down what I need to remember and set it against the client and to remind me in the future. I've also started to use the repeating tasks to remind me when to invoice my clients, it shows it upcoming and then reminds me on the day to get everything issued.
