What do you dislike?

On December 12th I ordered a transaction from my Skrill account to a bank account. Skrill is a service that acts as an intermediary for the transfer of money from a client, trading, playground - to your bank account. So, December 18th - I received a notification from Skrill that my money was not transferred to my account. They are not clear where, I do not have access to them, and Skrill demands that I provide a copy of my passport, a bank statement for 3 months with the entire turnover of the account, take a selfie with my passport ... I look like a clown ?! I am not a small child to pose for the camera of my smartphone with a passport in hand. Why on earth should Skrill get my bank statement? Is Skrill a tax inspector or has he received a court order to make such demands? I don't know where the Skrill guys will send all this information - for themselves for market research or sell it to other companies. In any case - my money is not credited to my account, Skrill defaulted, thus - I have the right to believe that my money has been STEALED by the Skrill company. Contacting Support, Skrill management via the Facebook page did not help.

I haven't solved any problems with Skrill - Skrill is the problem! Disgusting service, inability to get a response from the support service, lack of response from support in case of misunderstandings and any technical problems with the Client
