What do you like best?

I like the simplicity of the platform and the different texting features available. I use this to schedule text messages to customers and the campaigns provided are really helpful. The plans are flexible enough that consultants at any level can find some use from this platform. Bug fixes are addressed quickly enough and you can use this service both on a phone and a desktop computer

What do you dislike?

if you need the call to appear as coming from a different outgoing number, this feature is not included: they can call this number and it'll forward to your personal number and text messages will appear as coming from your Skipio number but your personal number is revealed when you call out

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your purpose is to use as primarily a texting service where you need to send the same message or group of messages to clients, then this is the service for you! You can also send regular text messages at no cost from the number so all business communication is in one spot.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

being able to schedule messages, especially for new contacts and being able to sort promotions based on target groups. I actually sort by the type of message each group would like to receive so that I can better target my marketing to the appropriate audience.
