Good tool and good delivery team
What do you like best?
With Sirion I get better control over my contract with the customer. Me and my team know exactly what deliverables we have and when we need to deliver them. We have also improved our SLA review process as well as onboarded other processes like Risk Management and perception reviews.
The Sirion team is extremely friendly and professional. They listen to our comments and are eager to adapt their tool to our needs.
What do you dislike?
It took a bit long to get the whole team on our side understanding the importance of Sirion as well as it took a bit long to go from the initial setup until the state on when we actually take value out of the tool.
The platform is great but it's not exactly cheap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work closely with the Sirion Project team and clearly articulate your needs. They will be able to come up with ways that their plataform can help you with your challenges.
Sirion has a strong workflow engine. Work with them to help you automate and improve the day to day tasks of your team and customer.
Sirion works better when the 2 parties of a contract work in it! Customer onboarding may not be essential but it does add a lot of value.
