Excellent Contract Analysis Tool

What do you like best?

SEAL is a powerful tool for validation of clauses across contracts and determining discrepancies where we need to put addendums in place.

What do you dislike?

We have thousands of contracts across our organization, so the initial upload was cumbersome to get through. However, we are finding several efficiencies the more we work though them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have found several discrepancies across our contracts and areas where wording was off from the boilerplates due to typos, etc. We are also seeing areas where the wording is different, but is capturing the same idea which is more powerful than any OCR tool we've seen.
