What do you like best?

Similarweb Pro has always been straightforward to use, with detailed data sets, supported by great-looking visuals, enabling me to produce robust insights and evaluations efficiently and professionally. I have found the web and search data provided to be invaluable when producing both owned and competitor analysis, and have also used the API extensively to help pull large volumes of data at ease.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the level of detail you can go into can be overwhelming, but this in itself is not really a negative, just something to be mindful of, as you need some knowledge of web and search analytics to get the most out of the platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main uses have been around assessing owned website performance, for when you don't have back-end access, coupled with competitor evaluations and comparisons (using the platforms comparison option is a must). I also utilize the API to help automate large volume data pulls, saving countless hours of manual data extraction.
