A common sense approach for real estate showings!

What do you like best?

The ShowingTime Appointment Center features a detailed appointment structuring feature. It allows real estate agents to quickly and automatically facilitate showing requests, scheduling, and feedback. Buyer's agents can schedule appointments over the phone or online. The appointment request is then sent to any party that needs to receive notifications and accept the proposed times (listing agents, tenants, owners, etc.). Cancellation, reschedule requests, and "running late" notices can quickly be disseminated to all parties. Additionally, relevant documentation and disclosures can be sent to each buyer's agents upon appointment confirmation. This is a great time saver!

What do you dislike?

ShowingTime Appointment Center is mainly a standalone application. It does not integrate with many 3rd party applications. Although not a huge problem since scheduling protocol is pretty much "set it and forget it," analytics can only be accessed through the app itself and contacts are not synced. One major downfall to this application is anyone other than real estate agents can not submit showing requests. Standalone systems and processes must be implemented in these circumstances limiting the ShowingTime Appointment Center's capabilities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As with all SaaS, you should test and compare at least 2-3 similar service providers. This will give you the insight you need to make an informed decision based on what is right for you. Take advantage of the trials, tutorials, and onboarding assistance. Be sure you are fully ready to commit before full implementation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Even though this application is not a "cure-all" for the appointment process, I can't see anyone NOT using it (or something similar). There are only so many hours in a day. Agents need to focus on representing their clients' interests, not performing monotonous administrative tasks. Showing, appraisal, and inspection requests are automatically facilitated, relevant documentation is disseminated, and feedback is obtained.
