Great Product!

What do you like best?

Probably quick sync! It keeps me connected with Salesforce right from outlook. I also love the functionality to schedule meetings by giving someone options - very helpful.

What do you dislike?

It's a yearly cost vs. monthly - which is standard for most Salesforce products. I don't love that though.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My team has been able to update opportunities quickly, schedule meetings faster and get more done. Anyone that needs Salesforce updated constantly by their team should try this product out. It's easy to customize to your needs!
