The process we used to get the form set up took a while because we had SheerID host it on their site since we have an old CMS system. We also had to content with making sure the form was ADA compliant due to our requirements so there was a good bit of back and forth between the SheerID developers and our ADA reviewer for changes and fixes.
We have a military benefit program that has been running for years, but previously guests had to fax, email, or snail mail in their qualifications to one of our teams who would manually verify their eligibility for our special offer. Now, guests can just input their information online, upload a document if necessary, and be verified almost instantly! This has relieved our team of a lot of manual work and we've been able to get guests their benefit quicker.
