SharpSpring is a CRM that makes sales easier
What do you like best?
I like the ease of adding contacts and opportunities, creating task reminders, and creating/sending automated email templates. I like the layout, there isn't a lot of complexity. The top nav bar has contacts, opportunities, and a search function, that's basically it. You can open them up and expand them but it's not overwhelming. It's easy to learn and easy to use, and it's actually hard to get lost.
What do you dislike?
There really isn't much I dislike. Occasionally, when adding a note, the save button doesn't appear until I press enter, but that's it. They don't make life difficult.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that anyone who is in need of a CRM to take a look at SharpSpring. I don't think I've found one that is easier to use or more effective with moving contacts through the sales process, searching for contacts, setting reminders, and creating and sending automated emails.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
SharpSpring helps multiple reps at my company manage opportunities. We have several reps adding contacts and creating opportunities, and SharpSpring makes things clear enough so that we aren't stepping on anyone's toes. It's easy to see who's been in touch with the person in Life of the Lead, and it's hard to create a duplicate contact because a warning notice will pop up. For me, I like setting task reminders and seeing all of my opportunities clearly on one screen. It helps me with follow up and tracking to goal.
