What do you like best?

The program is very aesthetically pleasing. You're able to see content clearly without having to track down the location/s.

What do you dislike?

There's a learning curve to it. When using the workflow maps to send emails and responses, it took some trial and error to get everything set up correctly. Once done it worked great though.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were having poor updates with project completion statuses. Since we began using it, we've been able to reduce status questions by 40%. This has been excellent for our company because we're able to estimate workloads for our teams. Who can add more or who needs assistance.
