Advanced user of ServiceNow Agile DevelopmentThe Agile 2.0 product offers best-in-class capabilities for managing agile teams using any combination of Scrum, Kanban, or "Scrumban". It also offers support for scaling up in "Scrum-of-Scrums" fashion using the Scrum Programs and Scrum Releases features. We even have one client practicing SAFe using these capabilities. The core NOW platform offers excellent workflow management & analytics capabilities which make the solution even more powerful.
Nothing significant. I find it much better for larger teams than Jira or even Rally.
It's helping numerous clients of ours manage agile teams very effectively. In particular clients scaling up with 4 or more teams have made great use of the digital "Program Board" for Big Room Planning every quarter. This helps larger Agile teams have more confidence and predictability in their quarterly planning, and their Roadmaps overall. Also, Visual Task Boards are basically a kanban board you can configure for many different use cases (e.g. Stories by Team by Sprint, Defects by Severity by Team, etc).
