Select International Assessments

What do you like best?

I love the quality of the assessments. They give a great analysis of candidates before they come in which minimized no call/no shows.

What do you dislike?

They are a bit time consuming to enter. I think it will be beneficial when we can integrate it with our ATS(this is not Select's fault, this is the fault of our ATS who upgraded and have not released the capability yet).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They train you on the system and stay with you. One of my favorite things about Select is the customer service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We not only use assessments for external candidates but also internal candidates for future planning. We have realized that we have fewer no call/no shows for interviews when using assessments to select candidates.
