What do you like best?

Each month there would be a video available about good security practices that would be available to all users. There would be questions throughout each training session that would ensure that the user was actively paying attention to the training. The trainings cover a range of material including handling PHI and PII for HIPPA.

What do you dislike?

Some of the training sessions were repetitive and had activities that were clunky and difficult to use. There is no standard interface from training session to training session. So sometimes it can frustrating to users to complete the sessions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are a wide range of product packages offered by Security Mentor. Consider which product is the best for your organizations needs. There are some features that can be taken as add-ons.

Security Mentor provided security training videos for staff to learn about information security, compliance, and physical security of the workplace. These videos helped teach about new potential risks and serve as reminders to reinforce safe habits.
