What do you like best?

MetaCompliance provides excellent content in a consumable format. This great because our users tend not to have long attention spans.

I especially like the ability to set up campaigns and modify them while they are still active. I don't want to worry about planning the whole year before setting up the campaign. The automated reminders to users are excellent, and it takes the burden off our department to track down people who have not completed the training yet.

The onboarding team is incredible. The onboarding team's process is smooth and can efficiently work into a busy schedule and not impact the rest of your day. The time to get up and running and start your first campaign is quick and easy. The only limiting factor is yourself.

We like the broad range of content available and the different formats: video, Interactive quizzes, quizzes, phish simulation, and the blog. We are not at a loss for what to include in campaigns.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike about the product. The user interface for administrators takes some getting used to and could be smoother.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

User awareness and phish simulation were are the main reason for purchasing the product. Before Metacomplinance, we developed and delivered our security courses. With a small IT staff, it was hard to ensure that security training was getting completed promptly.

Metacompliance has changed that! We set the campaigns for training and spoof phishing and then forget about it—a great time saver for a small group. The Report a Phish button has been great. People can quickly click the button and report both spoof phishes and real phish to us. We have seen an increase in reports just from the button alone.
