What do you like best?

Smooth, nice cooperation and communication. Easy contact with a person in charge, quick replies. Clear step-by-step plan with recommendations, Openness for modifications, after-implementation support. SN tried hardly to understand our company's nature and difficulties which it might bring

What do you dislike?

I would be glad to see some best practices matrixes at the very beginning (as a point of reference for further discussions).

The contract should state the exact nr of manhours of support (status of available limit should be updated regularly in order to see how it has been used and how much is left)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problem: company's internal search which was not very productive

Realization: new internal search, totally a new solution which gives customers new, wider possibilities for searching products
