What do you dislike?

If there is any – though, it is important to note that this is predominantly a clients duty – it's the hosting. Setting up a server either in the cloud, client or vendor owned, or at the edge location / data center, having sufficient guidance or recommendations / best practices, would drastically increase the time to implementation, prevent making unnecessary mistakes, increase security and performance.

Customer usage agnostic feebdack (Advisor) is a key component to guide customers to the best suited product, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing return rates. In depth insights into the search usage, by far exceeding what common analytic tools provide, helps driving more value out of our data.
