What do you like best?
As an organization that manufactures and erects concrete structures, we use ScreenCloud to keep all our teams connected, whether they work in our factories, the erection sites, or in their home office. ScreenCloud is also incredible easy to use yet very powerful and dynamic on how and when the content gets delivered. With ScreenCloud, we can also assign roles to certain users, so they have org-wide access or access to just some screens. Another upside of ScreenCloud is the wide arrange of apps available to make it possible to play content from different sources, such as ScreenFeed. We have tried different digital signage software before we settled with ScreenCloud, and we have not looked back since. Their support, available apps, and quality is unmatched by similar priced solutions.
What do you dislike?
Our company uses the Microsoft Office 365 suit, which has limited apps supported by ScreenCloud. We regularly post PowerPoint presentations on our screens and must convert them first to Google Slides to easily use them with ScreenCloud. Even though ScreenCloud accepts uploading PowerPoint presentations, this method is not convenient if we need to make edits.

As a business that has employees in factories, on job sites, and in corporate and home offices, we needed a solution to make the employees all feel connected to our organization. We found the perfect solution with the ScreenCloud Engage app. Our erection crews use the app to capture photos of buildings being erected that our employees in the factories manufactured. The photos get automatically sent to our digital signage screens across our organization. Even better, since ScreenCloud integrates with MS Teams, the photos are automatically posted there, as well, for our remote employees. Otherwise, we had to download and upload the photos to multiple platforms for all employees to see.
