What do you like best?
I used the on premise version on SAP Sourcing CLM, there is cloud version of the solution as well. The best thing I like is the powerful configuration options of the system with standard clauses and templates for contracts that we can use and save in the repository.
What do you dislike?
Responsiveness in the user interface can be a bit slow sometime.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were using an inhouse developed sourcing and contract management software before SAP was implemented. There were a lot of functional and performance issues in the older system. SAP sourcing CLM is an end to end system that has streamlined our contracts and sourcing process and it encompasses all the entire lifecycle from source to contract. It also helped us better governance of compliance standards.
