Advanced user of SAP Customer Experience Suite (CEC Suite)I Love the software for customers to be able to keep track of customers and information vital to a businesses needs. I like that this is easy to use and provides tons of memory space to be able to provide a business with accurate information in a timely manner. I find it provides enough options to be able to get everything done with no problems or glitches.
I would just like updated version of this software I think it would just make valuable improvements for this software.
I would reccomend others to try this program in a trial period first to see if it fits their business needs, its usefull to my business so, I think that would love the way it helps in those small tedious tasks that keep their company from growing into a thriving and eduacated company.
The business problems I am solving with this software is when I don't have all the information in one place to quickly solve issues with getting things done quickly and in a efficient manner. The benefits of this program is to be able to give customers first class exceptional benefits to be able to pull up their information in a fast and quick way.
