This solution helps our subscribers to always be aware of how they are being charged. It was easily integrated into our company's IT environment, despite being a very complex environment.
This solution is hosted in Ericsson data centers, I would prefer it in premises, but it's my personal preference, I'm old school.
It can help operators capture and secure money streams and take advantage of business opportunities that span data, multimedia, traditional voice and messaging services.
Reduced cost of operations. This platform also help us to reduced time and staff required for configuring and testing new rate plans and services, and reduced reaction time and monitoring procedures for system failures.
