What do you like best?

SalesWon is built on ServiceNow. It is a very efficient tool for project management. It allows to keep the data in an organized manner and prevents the trouble of using spreadsheets or other complex apps. It provides an easy to use alternative for managing all your activities. It is very efficient in managing sales workflow as well. It helps modernize the sale process and cut down the use of disparate apps, spreadsheets and legacy platforms. It helps you save time and prevents slowing down of work process. It reduces the expense of un necessary use of resources at different platforms and provides one single solution to all of your management tasks. It provides seamless sharing of data across the companies sales and customer support. It organizes all the information in such a manner that it is readily available. It automates all the data to build better relationships and increase sales. It provides easy documentation and configuration. It has a very clean an intuitive interface. It provides great customer support by providing trusted advisors as well as self-service tools. Technical Support is amazing. It ensures to boost your expertise by self-paced, virtual or in-person training.

What do you dislike?

Although it is a great tool but it needs continuous improvement and upgradation in order to keep up with the competitors.
