What do you like best?

Nothing. This has been a huge disappointment. Perhaps the cold email feature works, but in comparison to other tools, it's way behind (UI/UX, functionality) and not worth the investment

What do you dislike?

- Most of the features don't work correctly and are buggy. Shame, this tool has the potential to be good based on their promise but didn't deliver at all

- KB is incomplete and full of errors and typos - so not much support

- HORRIBLE SUPPORT: obviously fake (some) members of the team using pseudonyms, very argumentative, not helpful, unclear, poor command of English. Just bad bad bad, don't even engage

- I honestly don't know how they got the score they do in this platform (suspicious at best)...other review platforms tell a more complete story

- Just read more of the negative reviews to get an idea about how the company is run :) ...enough said

- The email enrichment is extremely inaccurate (I ran several comparison tests with other tools)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

None. I wasn't able to accomplish one single thing with it
