Salesforce.org for Nonprofits Continues to Adapt and Impress

What do you like best?

Salesforce.org for nonprofits is incredibly robust and adaptive to our organization's needs. Entirely customizable to fit our workflow, capacity, and grantmaking processes, allowing for greater time to focus on our mission and our grantee community.

What do you dislike?

Salesforce for nonprofits, while an incredibly useful tool for us, could be too "complex" or just more than is necessary for smaller nonprofits, especially small family foundations and the like.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just weigh the pros and cons against your budget to see if it's the right fit. If you can afford it, you'll probably love it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Salesforce for Nonprofits has allowed us to collect more and better-quality data from our grantees while also giving them a community for tracking, applications & submissions, reporting, etc. We are able to leverage our small staff capacity by using Salesforce.org to streamline and automate the majority of our grantmaking processes. We have noticed more applications per cycle, better quality applications per cycle, and more robust tracking, reporting and other functionalities beyond our typical grantmaking!
