Advanced user of S-DocsThere are many upsides to S-Docs. We like that our data stays completely within Salesforce. I know the other guys say everything is secure and encrypted but, why risk it? The user interface is clean and straight-forward for creating new templates. Also, we really like the batch job feature of S-Docs. Provides so many options for document generation and delivery. And they fairly recently enhanced the user interface to be completely in Lightning. Great user experience. The one other big thing about S-Docs is the people - outstanding technical support and customer support. They actually seem to care.
At this point, I cannot come up with anything I dislike about S-Docs.
Be sure to give consideration to whether you're comfortable with your data leaving Salesforce. If you're not, S-Docs is your best choice.
Like most other Salesforce customers, the demand for generating and distributing polished forms and documents to our customers is never-ending. S-Docs is the only product we use in Salesforce for doing that.
