What do you like best?
It will add a button to Outlook or to Gmail's interface, making it easy to send an email encrypted. You can put on your attachments, as well. The service will attempt a TLS delivery, and if it can confirm that then it can deliver the message without requiring a password of the recipient. If you choose not to use that method, then you are able to set a password and it's pretty easy for the recipient that way as well. This is HIPAA compliant and tracking is great.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the RPost button will disappear from Outlook. There's a fix, but it's a hassle knowing that it may at some point disappear. I know they are working on that, though. Support can be a bit hit or miss, but if you do have a problem, the admin team will help you out.
