What do you like best?

Not anything. I have been trying to get in touch with them about the negative fraudulent reviews they write about one of our clients and have mapped out a sheet that demonstrates it in great detail.

What do you dislike?

Unable to get a hold of anyone. Underhanded business practices. This isn't reviews management, it's mercenary dirty work.
