My Experience with Chatmeter

What do you like best?

The ability to monitor our business online reputation on GMB and Facebook. Also to be able to respond fast and easy as well that we can view our customers sentimental analysis. This is a must have tool for any business that wants to pay attention to what their customer has to say about their experience.

What do you dislike?

It is very pricy when you have many locations. Not able to post to other social media accounts like Pinterest, Instagram and respond to inbox messages. Hope this is a feature we can see in the near future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Centralize Review management and GMB posts to all of our locations. Also what we like is beign able to view the sentiment analisys and overall performance of our brands reputation has helped us keep aware of what the cunsumer needs and expects from us as a company. Our company its focused on providing the best customer satisfaction and experience in Puerto Rico, and Chatmeter has helped us to view and listen what they say and respond promtly to address their needs.
