I like how it monitors for new reviews that come in and sends me an email

What do you dislike?

It's a little bit on the pricy side, but it is the absolute best review management software online so it is a very high value.

Reviewshake support is amazing and is an all in one suite that doesn't require other pieces.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has helped me to be able to know when I am getting feedback from different channels and to respond to it. I have benefitted in many ways with a service I am able to provide to a lot of my clients so my revenue is way up since using ReviewShake. It really has helped me to not have to use a lot of other softwares to do what this does for me, it replaces multiple python scripts and other software I clunked together to make it work, and it does it better.
