Competant billing software for VoIP Phone complexities
What do you like best?
Once you have everything set up, you can basically set it and forget it when it comes to the CDRs. They download every night automatically and the software breaks it down to the correct customer and rate.
What do you dislike?
Their reports are awkwardly structured and difficult to change up. I am used to editing things a little bit every time I use them. It isn't that simple here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to reach out to the Rev.io support team - they are amazing. Pay for the additional support. It is worth it. And if you like those types of things - they have a really great sandbox to test out your API!!!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Monthly subscription billing isn't something that most software is set up to do. Now add in the CDR changes that happen to each customer and you have a lot of accounting hours billed for less gain than you would think. Now, we can recoup those lost billings without having to pay for an extra accountant.
