What do you like best?

This product is user friendly. We have many people in our department that are not well conversant to computer and they love how easy it is to use it .The customer support is the best. Any issues that we have, which are usually very minor, are resolved in less than a few minutes.

What do you dislike?

This product was by far one of the more stable systems in my department. We never experience any downtime using it.

RISynergy is a very intuitive software product that fits nicely with the workflow of the department. The user quickly respond to issues in 2 minutes time to resolve hence customer service has been improved.
