Easy & Efficient to Use

What do you like best?

Reply.io makes it very easy to set up cadences & quickly engage with new prospects, shortening the time spent on outreach (focus on more customer engagement strategies). A/B testing was a game changer. Their email finder/verifying Chrome extension has been immensely useful for me and my team. One of the most useful aspects of the platform.

The customer service team at Reply.io is great. Through the chat feature, it's very easy to get help from their team to resolve most issues in a timely manner.

What do you dislike?

Creating an account & sequence isn't as intuitive as it looks, the interface/setup could be confusing. The UI could be more user-friendly, not the greatest set-up. The platform is kind of poorly organized, not a huge fan of how information is stored. For example, data/information about prospects could be stored better (being able to see sequence stats for all prospects in one view rather than opening each individual sequence). Also email tracking is inaccurate. It counts when you open the email yourself which skews the data, could be better.

There have been lots of bugs on the platform lately that makes it slightly irritating to use. Chrome extension populating incorrect info / providing bounced emails. Certain functionalities randomly/unexpectedly disappeared (it did get fixed eventually), sequences have been shutting down or delayed unexpectedly so prospects are stalled on certain steps. My team would have to manually pick up the slack. There are just certain nuances that make the platform a little frustrating to use (there have been days where the bugs have been so frustrating we couldn't even use the platform).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a shot, the 14-day trial is solid to get familiar with the platform. Chrome extension has been best part about the platform for my team.
