Unmatched Service and Support
What do you like best?
The entire team at Reliance Network is not only knowledgeable about their products and the technology that supports them, but also have unbeatable customer service skills. The on-boarding experience was smooth, we were constantly apprised of developments and any bugs that arose, and the team was able to support our off-hours launch of websites.
The products offered by Reliance Network are top notch -- the websites are beautiful and easy to customize to meet agent's needs and desires. The CRM is intuitive while remaining easy to use. The property search (which on the surface may seem minimal) features a robust, MLS-specific Advanced Search that allows agents to create extremely detailed property searches to better serve their clients.
For me, it always comes back to the service and support. The Reliance Network team made our on-boarding and launch successful and smooth. They were (and are) readily available to answer any question and provide support for any bugs -- whether it was pre-launch, during launch, or now afterwards. They are knowledgeable about the real estate world and the unique needs that real estate agents have, and create reliable products that support those needs. Our fantastic account manager is more than just the standard customer success manager - like the rest of his team, he has deep knowledge of the products, the behind-the-scenes pieces that make it work, AND unbeatable customer service.
I cannot sing my praises of Reliance Network any louder (but I will try). If you're looking for a platform with enhanced tools and unbeatable customer support, look no further.
What do you dislike?
The only things I dislike about the Reliance Network products are items that we've already passed over as future enhancement requests and/or feedback on the products. Overall, Reliance Network is an incredible service partner with great tools. They're open to feedback and discussion over any tools or features we'd like to see improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your other integrations with vendors that you're keeping. Reliance Network made our experience incredible but there are some features that are made more complicated due to our customized integrations. The team is knowledgeable about what can and can't work, so absolutely cover everything with them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Reliance Network's products have many benefits: the biggest for me, is the reliability (which is very fitting of their name). Their service is reliable and we can truly depend on them to provide the products we need, and support them throughout the business lifecycle. They consistently update their platforms with feature enhancements to improve user experience and new website layouts.
