What do you like best?
HR Acuity makes it easy for our team to document all employee relations and investigation cases. The system is intuitive and the analytics within the system is also impressive. I am happy our organization chose HR Acuity as our case management tool and I have enjoyed working with the HR Acuity team on all of our needs and wants. I love that they are constantly working on new features and enhancing capabilities within the system. I feel like they really listen to their clients.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of anything I dislike about HR Acuity. Any time I have issues or concerns, they are always quick to respond.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
HR Acuity provides a centralized place for all Employee Relations cases. It gave us more structure and consistency in handling employee issues and how we conduct workplace investigations. It allows for visibility to all who need it with the proper workflows in place. It also provided the analytics that we were previously missing.
