Awesome personalization tool!
What do you like best?
Really easy to use and fairly easy to integrate. I especially liked applying the business rules, I feel like this way we really adjusted the use to our use-case.
What do you dislike?
In the beginning, we had only a few user interactions to start with. With time, when our platform grew, we overcame this problem but the start was a bit slow for us.
I did like we could use the free plan until it made sense to upgrade. Good job guys on overcoming this issue, I am sure many other users might be in the same position we were in!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your technician to the meeting. They ask questions marketers don't think to ask, it can quicken the process. Also if you are hesitant, start with the free trial and see if this is for you, that is what we did and then decided to stay.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We realized early on that personalization is needed to stand out from the competition. We wanted to offer the best customer-tailored service and ensure visitors come back to our site.I am not sure if we would have the same numbers without Recombee - this way we are achieving our goals and growing the way we planned.
