What do you like best?

Any customer-facing business will have to connect with the customer and profile them for something that the customer wants, even before the customer knows that he/she wants it. I think that would be wise to say that's where YFret comes in and it allows and assists the businesses for marketing the products to the customers, profile them for the type of products and type of customer that they are, it allows the integration on the website, voice search, kiosk and gets in further touch with the customers. So all in all, it lists all customers and potential customers for the businesses.

What do you dislike?

The limitations of the application can be well thought of as a limitation which we can have with interactive and voice commerce platforms which are: Need the conversations to be more human, Lot of work to do on the recommendations to businesses and customers, people not trusting the application and its findings, there are privacy concerns relating to what the business and applications store and how they use that data and finally there will be some specified language it works well in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

YFret assists the customer-facing business to follow up with existing customers and it a great deal for those on the lookout for a tool that works on the website, voice search, kiosk and profiles them and get in touch with the customers. It is a great tool for marketing and has got a trial period beyond which it is paid business.

YFret allows the business to get back to the customers with what they want or could potentially want and it assists businesses with marketing and there are options such as voice, website, app, and others to have this conversation and assistance in. Thus the potential and repeated customers are a boon and if you know the customer requirements you can have them fulfilled.
