Advanced user of ReceiptsThe receipts interface is relatively straightforward and easy to use. It is easy to log results in real time. It integrates with our internal system which is nice because the system isn't popular.
Receipts has bad customer service. I treid to contact a rep and was on hold for 15 minutes. Rep was not especially knowledgeable in answering my question. The CSM was easy to work with but she seemed overwhelmed from managing too many accounts.
Very easy expense report system. Good for a smaller company due to a lower price.
