Advanced user of Recapped.ioRecapped is such a beneficial tool particularly for myself as an Account Manager to provide visibility to our clients, organise the next steps each stakeholder need to take in order to move forward with the onboarding plan. We also use it for our current clients post-onboarding to show which tasks / developments are to come. It is very intuitive and user friendly and even though we have been using it for a short period of time, it is clearly the tool we have been needing not only for us, the team, but also for our clients. I really like that you can have steps hidden from clients so that you clearly see which internal steps we need to complete before moving forward which each part of the plan. 100% positive feedback about the team at Recapped as well, they are very supportive and our onboarding was super quick!
Nothing to dislike but softwares, in general, can always improve / add functionality etc.
