What do you like best?

Having all the elements of our membership in one place, CRM, website, email newsletters, publications and event bookings. It means we are not looking in lots of spreadsheets for different information and we are able to see all member interactions with the Society at a glance.

It also means all team members are using the same processes and not working in isolation.

What do you dislike?

Some of the filtering and searching options felt complicated to set up, but once they were in place they are easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to see the how our members use our website for the first time. We can now run joining and renewals through the website which makes the whole process so much quicker for us and easier for the users.

We can manage all aspects of an event through the website; attendee numbers, speaker details, programme building, sponsorship and invoicing.
