REACH and the Team are Amazing!
What do you like best?
From the sales person (Tyler) to the install and training (Kelli) this has been a great experience. All staff are very responsive, friendly, and helpful, including support. The product is very versatle and there are a lot of things like templates and configurations that other digital signage will charge extra for, if they even provide them. I highly recommend REACH Media Network, I have had the product installed for over a month and like that I can go in and change settings, create new content, change the layouts, fonts, backgrounds, just about anything I want to change. But, they will also redo anything I ask without charging more money. It's really amazing and I can't find anything bad about this product or the team I have worked with so far. It's easy to upload content and change playlists. There are also training videos to help. Oh, and the one thing I was really impressed by was the initial demo that wasn't just a video, they actually set me up with a temporary account so I could login and start creating and changing things to get a real feel for the app. Huge selling point!!!
What do you dislike?
I'm being completely honest when I say there is nothing I dislike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend letting them set up a demo account for you to try it out for yourself. It really is the most versatile for the best price that I found and I researched a lot because we have people with completely different skillsets that need to use this app. They offer great training and we can reach out for help at anytime without additional costs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to display messages to employees, share important calendar events, and let clients see messages about our firm that they might not have already known. Our office feels more connected to important information, we plan to have a rotation of health and safety messages in the near future.
