Advanced user of RDB PronetThis software is easy to use and has many required features. we can just add any features we want but there are additional costs that must be paid for each update.
This software has standard CRM features for recruitment and it is a good thing if you use this and have never used CRM before.
we can add or hide several fields and can add document templates that can make the workflow easier,the good news is we can integrate into any third party we want and they will help us to do it.
It looks like the technology used is a bit outdated and uses the desktop version, hopefully in the next few years the process in the desktop version can be moved to the web version, for now using the desktop version is not a problem because those who use it are our employees while prospective employees can access the website and register there. There are several pages that if we open it can display many windows which are a little confusing.
there is an additional fee we have to pay even if our request is small or large where it is reasonable
it is a good thing if you use this and have never used CRM before.
This software makes it very easy for us to do recruitment and all matters relating to employees
