What do you like best?
I love how user friendly the platform is. They even add in some extras like weather and calendar slides. They are a great filler between posters. The customer service department is also on top of it. I had an issue where the device would cause my tv to glitch out and stop working. They worked overnight to fix the issue and checked in to make sure everything was still good a few days later.
What do you dislike?
They only thing I wish could be better is when you create content through the site it is very limited. I got around this by setting up a google slide show that I edit after every show. This honestly works just as good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that if you are looking for something that is user friendly and has real customer support than this is your platform.

Raydiant has helped our performance space by providing us with a unique user friendly platform that can be easily updated. After every show/Performance I have the ability to quickly change/edit the video content to include photos and video from that mornings rehearsal. This is definitely a step up from our usual posters.
